It was a new experience to create the brown churning water and I tried to get as much motion and energy into this painting to try and portray that.

The distinctive railings of Bray made for a nice sharp contrast with the water to bring it to life.

It was nice to finally paint one of the iconic striped kiosks along the promenade in Bray. I loved creating the detail in the decorative railing and using the shadow on the grass to highlight the pattern.
