Return Policy
SpicyJam really wants all customers to be happy with purchases. In the event, customers are not entirely happy with an online purchase. Refunds can be obtained on any unused items returned within 14 days* of receipt. Exchange can be obtained within 28 days of receipt of purchases. Refund & exchange is dependent on the items being in a new and unused condition and product packaging being unopened. Returns postage will be paid by the sender and will not be refunded. Online refunds will be processed to the original payment card or type. If the original payment type is unavailable, SpicyJam can offer an exchange or a balance as credit with Spicy Jam™ shop. Returning your purchase to SpicyJam™ When returning online purchases, follow these important Returns Guidelines in order to help process the refund/exchange efficiently: Ensure the goods are packed in their original packaging. Include the following details when returning a product by filling out the returns form: Customer Name; Order Number; Returning items Description; Reason for Return. The return address is stated in the return form. Please note all returns are the customer’s responsibility until they reach SpicyJam. Refunds will be issued once the return has been received by SpicyJam. Allow up to 14 days for accounts to be credited. The original & return delivery charges will not be refunded. Where an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, SpicyJam will refund the original delivery charge in addition to the returns delivery charge. Where part of the order is returned, the cost of the products will be refunded excluding the delivery charge. Proof of postage must be retained. All breakages on the receipt must be notified to Spicy Jam™ within 24 hours of receipt. This can be done by phone or email. Sometimes it is possible to make an exchange too, please just email us and we’re happy to help. Most importantly the above policy does not affect your statutory rights.
