I charge a flat delivery fee of €5 for tracked delivery within Ireland (and Northern Ireland). I ship all orders via DPD couriers, and delivery usually takes 1-3 working days. Please note that these delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
I do my best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, and I always use tracked shipping as it's faster than standard shipping. However, delivery times are out of my control, so please be patient if your order is delayed.
The current COVID crisis is sometimes causing delivery times to be unpredictable. Please keep this in mind when you place your order.

- My refund policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Please note that earrings are non-returnable for hygiene/safety reasons.
- Sale items are also not eligible for refunds.

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at [email protected].
Damaged or Defective Goods
- I will do my utmost to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition.
- However occasionally damages do occur during transit, so in this case please contact me by email within 3 days of receipt to arrange a return.
- At this point, I will offer you a refund or exchange depending on stock availability and agree on a cost of return postage.
- Unfortunately, I am unable to refund any postage costs that have not been agreed with me in writing prior to sending.
- Similarly, if you encounter any quality defects with your item(s) after receiving and using them, please contact me by email and I will do my best to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.
