Unwanted / Unsuitable Goods - Right to Cancel an Order
If you receive unwanted or unsuitable goods, you may return them within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in perfect condition and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain items like earrings, grooming products, underwear, swimwear, bath products, and pillows.
Faulty Goods
