At GetPersonalised, we strive to make the return process as easy as possible for customers and gift recipients.
Unwanted / Unsuitable Goods - Right to Cancel an Order
If you receive unwanted or unsuitable goods, you may return them within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Before returning an item, please contact us to receive a Product Return Code, ensuring accurate tracking upon return. Include this code with the returned item. We recommend using a delivery company with a tracking service to ensure your items reach our returns section.
Per the European Directive on Distance Selling (Directive 2011/83/EU), perishable goods (such as food hampers) and custom-made or personalised goods are non-returnable. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain items like earrings, grooming products, underwear, swimwear, bath products, and pillows.
Faulty Goods
If you receive faulty goods, you can return them within 30 days of receipt for a refund or replacement. Please contact us to obtain a Product Return Code before returning the item, and include this code when returning it. Use a reliable courier service to return faulty goods to us.
This Returns Policy is in accordance with the European Directive on Distance Selling (Directive 2011/83/EC). These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
