For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain items like earrings, grooming products, underwear, swimwear, bath products, and pillows.
Faulty Goods
If you receive faulty goods, you can return them within 30 days of receipt for a refund or replacement. Please contact us to obtain a Product Return Code before returning the item, and include this code when returning it. Use a reliable courier service to return faulty goods to us.
