I was so impressed with our candle set. The large candle comes in a beautiful box for keepsake. Would highly recommend them.

I design and make gifts for all occasions.
Personalised candles and embroidered items such as blankets, dolls and bears are my main products but I have lots more in store including gift boxes, box frames, pet blankets, candle holders etc.

Return Policy
You may return goods for a full refund within 14 days ("The Cooling Off Period") of receipt of the goods provided the goods are unused, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. You will receive a full refund for the goods that were purchased on receipt of the goods in the condition described previously. We will only refund standard delivery charges. We do not refund non standard delivery charges (e.g. express delivery). If the item is part of a number of items within an order than the delivery charge will stand. You may contact us within those 14 days via email or phone and we will provide instructions on returning the goods. After the 14 day period is over and you then decide you do not wish to keep the product purchased you may return it to us provided it is within 28 days of purchase, unused, in it's original packaging and in a resalable condition, for an exchange or for a credit note. You as the consumer will be responsible for the return costs. Personalised Goods Goods made to order or clearly personalised cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged in transit. Faulty Items: If for some reason the item you have purchased is faulty, you may return the item to us. You must contact us in advance to determine the most effective delivery method. We will check the product when it arrives to verify the fault. On doing so we will provide a replacement or a full refund, including the cost of delivery to you and the your costs to send the product back to us. If there are any other problems please do not hesitate to contact us. We will do all we can to help. This Returns Policy is in accordance with the European Directive on Distance Selling (Directive 2011/83/EC). These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
