Hi, I am Emma and would like to introduce my little business My Beloved Keepsakes Handmade in Galway.
I create keepsakes from your beloved's clothes which is a heartfelt way to preserve cherished memories and maintain a tangible connection to someone special.

By sewing together patches of fabric from various articles of clothing to create a meaningful keepsake.
Each piece can represent a specific memory or aspect of that someone special, offering comfort and a physical reminder of them.
These keepsakes not only serve as personal mementos but also as unique, handmade tributes that celebrate the life and legacy of someone dear.
Whether you choose to keep them for yourself or gift them to family members, these beloved keepsakes can be therapeutic and provide a sense of continuity and remembrance.

Return Policy
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations:
Something More Bears products are handmade to order and as such, are deemed as unique, which includes both design and accessory choices.
Due to the handmade bespoke nature of the goods, I sell, I would like to kindly state the following:
1. Reporting a Faulty Item
1.1 I ensure that all my products are quality control checked before dispatch. If in the unlikely event, you receive a faulty product, please ensure to contact me at [email protected] within 4 days of receiving your items.
I will kindly ask for photos, before sending a returns form to fill out.
1.2 It is your responsibility to ensure I receive the item[s] back within 14 days of reporting a fault.
1.3 After receiving the item[s] back and I confirming the faulty state, I will proceed to resolve the problem by repairing the item. If this option is not possible, a refund will be issued within 14 days.
2. Reporting a Missing Item
2.1 I will recommend that clothing is sent via tracked courier.
I will not accept responsibility for any items lost.
2.2 If you are expecting an item to be delivered and it does not turn up, you must ensure to report this to me within 4 days of the due date.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
3.1 In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations and the Sale of Goods Act, I am under no obligation by law to cancel your unique order or offer a full or partial refund on a purchase, unless it has been deemed faulty.
3.2 In exceptional circumstances, it is up to the discretion of management to issue a partial or full refund.
3.3 All deposits taken at the time of securing your order are non-refundable.
3.4 I am unable to cancel orders for Sale items or discounted items.
4. Gift Vouchers, special offers.
4.1 Only 1 gift voucher can be used on any 1 item.
Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
4.2 Gift Vouchers must be used before the expiry date shown.
5. Returning your order
5.1 If for any reason, you need to return your order back to us, I do kindly ask that it is sent back to me in the same condition it was received in.
5.2 I recommend tracking all returned items.
My Beloved Keepsakes will not accept any responsible for the loss of clothing or returned items.

If you are are local to Galway, you are more than welcome to collect or I can
On average postage costs are around €10-€12 depending on how many keepsakes you order. This will be payable before I return your completed keepsake(s). If you order a few the price may slightly increase.
Please note: if you have more than one made the turnaround time may and postage may increase slightly.
