I purchased the Spring Beauty magnetic bracelet for a Christmas present so can't review bracelet itself but if the service is anything to go buy there won't be a problem. It was very easy to purchase and pay via www.shopinireland.ie I was sent an email at every stage and the one letting me know it was dispatched had the An Post tracking number. The parcel was well packaged. The bracelet comes in a lovely box. I ordered the one with the sizing tool which came it its own little velvet pouch. I also appreciated the handwritten note thanking me for my purchase. I will definitely be ordering from Ciara and Judith of Mobility Magnets again

Our Story
Hello!
We are Ciara and Judith Jacob. We started our journey into the world of business with an idea in 2020. Having both worked in the medical field for many many years ( a combined and slightly frightening 40+ years) we both had many, many achy joints, bad backs, creaky knees, all the usual war wounds of working in healthcare. Basically between us we felt like a box of lego, in bits!
So after 5 back surgeries, 1 shoulder surgery, a diagnosis of osteoporosis and arthritis and while heading into a future with the promise of impending knee surgery, Judith and I decided to take a side step and use our personal experience of pain to help and empower others who also refuse to let pain stop them living their life to the max.
During the chaos and the stress of 2020, in what can only be described as the busiest year of my healthcare career, where I needed to be on my A game every single day, Brain fog struck! Yes, after 5 years of being Migraine free I had 2 consecutive months of Migraine attacks, leading to severe brain fog, utter exhaustion and constant nausea. My Mum gave me a Magnetic Bracelet and within 2 weeks I was fully functional again! I couldn’t believe it! I wanted to shout it from the rooftops!
Judith and I decided to test out the range of Magnetic bracelets. Judith has had 5 spinal surgeries over the past 10 years, had arthritis in her back and woke up feeling like a 90 year old every single day. We had recently taken up hiking, (because she’s a bit stubborn about letting her pain stopping her) but the hiking was causing the cartilage in her knees to be unhappy. She was diagnosed with runners’ knees and the possibility of needing knee surgery once the hospitals opened up fully. So, we sourced another Magnetic Bracelet and within 2 weeks her knee had stopped creaking and she no longer felt like a 90 year old! That was it, idea seeded!
We wanted to get one for everyone we knew who had daily pain! But we couldn’t find any pretty, well made bracelets to suit our style. So we started researching, and trying out different suppliers. Eventually we found the perfect combination of style and function made with excellent craftsmanship. Now we are ready to share with the world this incredible feeling of relief and freedom from pain!

Shop Policies
Return Policy
For on-line purchases only. Magnetic Mobility are happy to offer return and exchanges to all our Irish customers. Magnetic Mobility are sure that you will love your purchase, but if you don't, we will be more than happy to refund or exchange any item within a 90 day period. Just complete the returns form which you can print off the online returns form here, send it back to us unworn and with all the brand packaging. All clearance sales are final. Clearance sales items are non-refundable. Refunds cannot be issued on items that have been resized by anyone other that Magnetic Mobility. Please contact us for a returns form. Please ensure you send items securely packaged to Magnetic Mobility , as we will not accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit for return or exchange. Please note: We will not accept responsibility for the item until it has been delivered to us. Proof of postage is advisable and we would recommend you send the item by Registered Post. All returns and exchanges will be processed within 7 working days. In the unlikely event that you receive an item which is faulty, is an incorrect item or an item has been damaged in transit, please email us within 30 days of receipt with your order number, and we will contact you to arrange how to send the item(s) back to us. In order to keep our prices competitive, all returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable on returns. Returned orders that received Free Shipping will have the originally waived shipping charges deducted from the return credit. Exchanges will incur additional shipping and handling charges. Return credit processing may take up to a maximum of 2-4 weeks. Items that are not returned in their original packaging will not be refunded. This warranty and return policy is NOT applicable to wholesale orders. All clearance sales are final. Clearance sales items are non-returnable Refunds will only be processed using the payment method used during the purchase. Magnetic Mobility will not accept liability for incorrect address detail input during checkout. Any orders dispatched to an address incorrectly input by our customers will only be resent or refunded if the order is returned unopened by the postal service used for delivery, no refunds will be issued due to errors caused by end-users. LOST IN POST Magnetic Mobility will deem an item lost in post once 30 working days (including Saturday) have passed following dispatch (in line with An Post policy). If your item has been lost in post, do not worry, we will stand by our commitment to you by either replacing the item(s) lost, or refunding your payment, whichever suits your individual circumstances. International orders that are lost in post must wait until 60 working days have passed excluding the 5-7 working day delivery time, i.e. 35-37 working days following dispatch. We require confirmation in writing that the item(s) have been lost, you must advise Magnetic Mobility within 30 days of dispatch or we cannot consider a claim for lost in post.
