Shop Policies
Return Policy
You may return goods for a full refund within 14 days ("The Cooling Off Period") of receipt of the goods provided the goods are unused, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. Upon receipt of the returned item to Gemylobster Crafts, we will refund your full purchase price within 14 days less the cost of postage. Refunds can only be given to the original purchaser.
PLEASE NOTE, as all products are handcrafted, each product is unique. For this reason there might be slight variations in dimension & color from those shown in the photographs.
