Return Policy
At Artspot, we want you to love your new artwork. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. Please review the details below to ensure a smooth return process:
Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. To be eligible for a refund, your print(s) must be undamaged, unused, and securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us through our ShopInIreland.ie shop messaging system within 30 days of receiving your item. We’ll guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary return address details.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Note: Personalized or custom items are non-refundable, as these are made uniquely for you.

Shipping Policy for Artspot
We’re delighted to bring Artspot wall art prints directly to your home! Below are the details of our shipping policy, including delivery times, rates, and important information to ensure your order arrives safely.
Processing Time
Each order is processed within 1-2 business days. Once your artwork is printed, inspected, and securely packaged, it will be ready for shipping.
Shipping Options & Rates
- Ireland: Standard Delivery, 1-2 business days – Flat rate of €1.99 for all items
- United Kingdom: Standard Delivery, 3-5 business days – Flat rate of €3.99 for all items
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor its journey from our studio to your door.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or a solution. In the rare case of a lost package, please reach out, and we’ll work with the carrier to locate or replace your order.
Note: Currently, Artspot ships only within Ireland and the United Kingdom. We are exploring future options for expanded international shipping, so stay tuned for updates!
