Our North Pole / Family Signpost will add something a little different to your Christmas decor
Our North Pole / Family Signpost will add something a little different to your Christmas decor made from 3mm "perspex" brand acrylic . Featuring a fully customizable sign that you can customize in a number of ways including your families last name instead of the North Pole wording and the names of individual family members which are added to the arrows on the pole of the sign. Our sign is available at a height of 22cm for the acrylic version and 20cm for the wooden version and can feature anywhere from 2 to 8 customized first name arrows.

Domestic Shipping Policy
We only Ship to the Island of Ireland.
Pre Shipping processing time
Standard orders are normally processed within 3-7 working days, should there be any unexpected delay in processing your order we will notify you by email or call you to advise. Special or Custom orders can take up to two weeks to complete. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Ireland 3-4 business days up to 500g total weight €4.99 / Personalised and items heavier than 500g will be shipped by an post 2-3 day tracked delivery. FREE for orders over €100. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Damages
Crazy Crafter is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. Take photographs of the packaging, damaged goods and email through to Crazy Crafter.
Any item that is personalised is not eligible for a refund.
We offer a 14 day refund on other items providing the item is returned to us in its original packaging and in a saleable condition. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping the item to you (fulfilment of the original order) will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged items will be covered by carrier insurance if shipped by an post tracked.
