It was mine second box from Giffos and again I wasn't disappointed☺️ These beautiful products are such thoughtful gifts that encourage making selfcare a priority. Today I received the most beautiful gift 🎁 box!!! Such a gorgeous selection of items and all put together so nicely, packed with great care and detail.. amazing smell on opening the box.. I'll definitely be ordering from GIFFOS again ❤️👍

I bought pair of earrings from Giffos and I am more than happy. They are not only beautiful and lightweight, they have a little bit spark and they are very girly. They are also made very well. The person I spoke to was lovley and send my earrings very quick so thank you again. I can definitely recommend Giffos.

I ordered the Mini Spa boxes as a gift for my son's teachers. I am so excited to give them as they are so beautiful with such a personal touch - they smell amazing too! I will definitely purchase more products in the future ;)

Return Policy
CANCELLATION AND RETURN
Cooling Off Period
In accordance with statute and regulation, you may cancel or return your order at any time prior to delivery of the products to you and for a period of 14 days after the delivery of the products to you without any reason (cooling off period). In that event, you must notify the Seller of your cancellation and arrange to return the products to them no later than 14 days after notifying them of your cancellation. The cost of returning such goods is a matter for you the customer.
If you cancel your order, the seller will refund to you the total amount paid by you in respect of the product together with the standard delivery charge on receipt of the goods from you, or on receipt of evidence that the goods have been returned to them, whichever is the earlier. If you have not yet received your order, then the seller will be obliged to refund the amount paid within 30 days together with the standard delivery charge.
The seller shall reimburse you using the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction.
The cooling-off period does not apply to certain purchases.
Examples are:
· Personalised or custom-made products.
· Products with a short shelf life that spoil quickly.
· Products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.
Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the seller as soon as possible to arrange a replacement or refund.
DAMAGE/DEFECTS TO PRODUCT ON RETURN
If you cancel your order and return goods in accordance with the provisions of these Terms, you are obliged to take reasonable care of the goods prior to returning them. You are also liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling of the goods beyond that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. In the event that there is damage to the goods on return from you, the seller is entitled to withhold such portion of the refund due to you as is commensurate with the reduction in the value of the product by reason of the handling of the goods by you beyond that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
