I will be using An Post as my shipping service, standard post does not have a tracking number but a copy of the postage transaction will be forwarded on when item is dispatched. If you would like a tracking number then please make contact to arrange the extra cost. Once item has been dispatched and receipt of postage has been sent, I no longer assume responsibility for the item, if it does arrive at it's destination it is up to the customer to make contact to seek the items where abouts.
Most of our products are handmade to order. We do not offer exchanges due to misuse or hygiene reasons. Refunds are only given in the unlikely event of an item being faulty.
