Refund Policy
If product arrives damaged please email me a a photo of same and I can refund (less shipping)
For personalised items I will always either text or email you a photo of product before I secure it up and ship it off to you so that I know you will be delighted with same.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
I can refund the product price in the event of damaged or lost goods ( nb shipping costs will not be refunded)
If you change your mind after we confirm personalised items and they have been made then I cannot refund as i will be at a loss for these items if already personalised. If at the time of contact you want me to change anything I can do that no problem , if in doubt always contact me and we can work something out.
