Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer standard shipping across Ireland. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Delivery typically takes between 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as postal delays high volume posting time eg: Christmas or other holidays or unforeseen circumstances.

Returns Policy
Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of custom-made products (such as custom tumblers, mugs, or any other personalized items), these items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. We carefully craft each item, so please ensure all details are correct before placing your order. In the rare event your custom item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a replacement or refund.
Non-Custom Items
For non-custom products, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item was faulty or damaged.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and your order number, so we can assist you with a replacement or refund. Claims for damaged items must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

I'm Suzanne, the founder of Find A Gift. I started crafting during the 3rd Covid lockdown as a hobby more for my mental health than anything. At first I made gifts for friends and family .Then friends started asking me to make tumblers, cold cups , mugs, tote bags , plus other things . The more I made , the more I enjoyed it and so it became a little business.
