A natural heart shaped Emerald is .56ct and is surrounded by Diamonds and in the crown .22ct. Total size of the front of the ring is 17X10mm. The ring is handmade in 14K yellow and white gold. It is currently an American size 7 1/4 or Irish size 0. We will size it to fit with additional charges applied for larger sizes. Sizing will delay shipping by a week.
