All items will normally be shipped within 1-3 working days, unless the item is a special order.

If you have any queries concerning your purchase please contact me directly, in order I may assist.  I am happy to replace or repair any items within a reasonable time, if the item is shown to be faulty, and the damage has not been caused by miss use.

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns for earrings due to Hygiene reasons ... you can contact me directly for further advice. I gladly accept returns of and exchanges of other purchases if you contact me within 14 days of delivery as per the following guidelines.

Cancellation/return: ‘Cooling Off Period’ In accordance with statute and regulation, you may cancel or return your order prior to delivery and for a period of 14 days after the date you receive it, without any reason.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please notify Juie G Silver Studio of your cancellation and arrange a return to them no later than 14 days after notifying them of your cancellation.  The cost of returning goods is a matter for you the customer. Conditions for return: Item purchased must be returned unused, undamaged and in same condition you receive it, with original packaging, if not returned in its original condition, you will be responsible for any loss in value. All items should also be accompanied with proof of purchase and confirmation of posting with tracking number by registered post.

If you cancel your order, the vendor will refund the total amount paid by you in respect of the product together with the standard delivery charge on receipt of the goods from you, or on receipt of evidence that the goods have been returned to them, whichever is the earlier. The items will be inspected for any damage prior to refund.  Any refunds will be made to you  via the original method of payment used for the initial purchase.

If you have not yet received your order, then the vendor will be obliged to refund the amount paid within 30 days together with the standard delivery charge. The vendor shall reimburse you using the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction. The cooling-off period does not apply to certain purchases. Examples are: Personalised or custom-made products. Products with a short shelf life that spoil quickly. Products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.
