We ship all our items using An Post - the Irish postal service. This includes Standard (no tracking) & Registered (with tracking number)
We do everything we can to ensure your order is dispatched promptly from our studio, however standard delivery timeframes are estimates and delays in An Post's delivery service do occasionally take place
After dispatch, you should expect to receive your items within the following timeframes:
- Ireland: 1- 5 working days
- UK and Northern Ireland: 5 - 10 working days
- US: 5 - 20 working days
Refund Policy
- Personalised items are non refundable
- If a refund or return is agreed, the item needs to be in its original packaging, free of any damages
