Shipping Policy
Items will be shipped via An Post within 2-3weeks. If there should be a delay we will contact you.
Refund Policy
Unfortunately due to the nature of our commissioned pieces we are unable to offer refunds. However, if your Papercut is damaged or contains an error you have 14 days to inform us of the issue, the Papercut must be shipped back to us within 30 days from receipt and we will amend any such issues. Please include your order number when contacting us. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Personalised pieces cannot be exchanged.
You have 24hours to cancel your order but unfortunately as they are commissioned pieces they cannot be cancelled after this point or returned.
If an order you received is damaged or containing an error in details etc. you have 14 days to contact us and ship back within 30days, any issues will be amended and your Papercut will be returned.
