Refunds & Exchanges:

We hope that you are fully satisfied with your SIAR Photography product. If however you would like an exchange or refund please make sure of the following:

• The order is unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
• The order must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Please note:

• We don’t offer refunds or exchanges on sale items.
• Commission pieces are non-refundable after order confirmation.

A full refund of your purchase will be made once it qualifies and we have received your return. When posting, please keep the tracking number / any other relevant shipping information to ensure proof of postage in the unlikely event that we do not receive your return.

Once your returned item is received we will process your refund as soon as possible. The charges placed on your card will be credited to you, please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds may take up to ten business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. If for any reason you do not receive the credited amount within that time frame, please contact us.
