Postage is charged as follows:
Republic of Ireland €2.00
Rest of the World €8.00.
Parcels are sent out by An Post, the Irish Postal Service. If you require registered post, this can be done for an additional charge which can be advised to the buyer when ordering. Gift wrap and inclusion of gift messaging is available at no extra charge.
Refund Policy
I will issue a refund in full up to 14 days on full price items as long as the product is unused, on receipt of the item. Postage costs will not be refunded. No returns on sale items. All items must be in their original state with tags on etc. Please contact me as soon as possible if there is a problem with an item.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
I will issue a refund in full up to 14 days after purchase if the purchaser wishes to cancel the order, on receipt of the returned item in unused condition. Postage costs will not be refunded. No returns on sale items. All items must be in their original state with tags on etc. Please contact me as soon as possible if there is a problem with an item. If an item is to be exchanged, if the item to be exchanged is charged at less than the item required, an additional payment will be requested to make up the balance.
