Shipping Policy

The time to prepare your order and have it dispatched varies from 1-2 working days. 

Estimated delivery times
  • Ireland: 1-2 business days
  • UK & Mainland Europe: 3-5 business days
  • Rest of the World: 6-9 business days

I will do my best to meet these dispatch estimates, but I can not guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose.

All my items are sent via An Post but if you would like to avail courier services feel free to message me at [email protected] and we can find a best solution.

Have in consideration that in certain countries there may be customs delays and I can't guarantee date estimates.

Buyers are responsible for import taxes that may apply in their country.

Refund Policy

I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.

  • Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
  • Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
  • Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Items on sale
  • Gift Cards

Please obtain proof of purchase when returning your item. This is a free service offered by An Post in Ireland. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and you may need to make a claim against the postal /shipping company.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Exchanges (if applicable)
I do accept exchanges. Please contact me within 7 days of receipt of your order. Any returned items must be in their original condition, with no sign of wear or tear. Return shipping charges are at the cost of the customer and if applicable any duties /custom fees. 

Your purchase will be exchanged once I receive the returned item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Any returns outside of Ireland, if customs fees/duties are applied then these will be deducted from final balance. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over €50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

I gladly accept returns. Just contact me within 14 days of delivery and dispatch the items back within 30 days of delivery. 

I don't accept exchanges or cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for custom orders or items on sale.

Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
