I take great pride in the quality of craftsmanship of all my designs, and your satisfaction is very important to me. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact NAIIAD Contemporary Designer Jewellery in writing by email within 7 days of receipt with proof of purchase.

Goods must be returned within 14 days from receipt of delivery, in their original condition and packaging, and will not be accepted thereafter. Please do not return items before contacting NAIIAD Contemporary Designer Jewellery.

The client is be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning their item(s), unless goods are faulty (where possible please photograph any arears of dissatisfaction). Shipping costs are non-refundable. I strongly recommend that you send your return by registered post with proof of postage as we will not be responsible for items lost or not delivered.

All returns must be marked “Goods for return”. Failure to do so may result in import duties and taxes being charged. These will be the responsibility of the client/returnee. NAIIAD Contemporary Designer Jewellery is not responsible for any customs duties.

I will notify you of receipt of returns and provided everything is in order, I will refund your payment immediately.
