Here at Pipscraft, we use An Post to deliver all items. Postage is restricted to Mondays and Thursdays.
There is a lead-in time for personalised and commissioned products that will be openly discussed at the time of commission and right the way through the process. Commissioned work can cost extra, this is usually 25% but can change depending on the product and other variables, this will be openly discussed with the client at the beginning of the design process, there is a 50% deposit on these items with the remainder paid before postage.
Every care has been taken to photograph the products to show their true colours, and measurements, so do not take returns on this criteria. please feel free to contact me before purchase to ensure the colours etc are as you wish them to be.
If your item is damaged during postage, please contact me and return the item for inspection and we will refund (less postage). Please take photos and email to pipcraftbusiness@gmail.com
Unfortunately, used products can not be returned or refunded.
Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges of items, we cannot accept used items.
Commissioned items require a deposit of 50%, this covers my time drawing/designing products, buying materials etc. This deposit is non-refundable.
