Refund Policy

Customer Satisfaction pRomise
We are a new start up so customer satisfaction is very important to us. So if for whatever reason you are not happy please contact us on hi@jammowatch.com and we can talk

We offer a 12 month warranty on our watch that covers all parts of the watch and app but does not cover damage.
If as an example your strap breaks or screen cracks we will at all times replace it for you at cost.
​If this is the case please contact us on hi@jammowatch.com to arrange this.
N.B. this cost price offer is only available to existing customers and only if damaged watch is returned to us. 

Refund Policy
Our refund Policy is very simple. If for whatever reason you wish to return your Jammowatch we will offer a full or partial refund depending on the condition of watch and how long you have had it. Please be advised that if watch has been damaged, scraped or used in any way it is at our discretion how we handle the refund process.
We will promise that if watch is fit to be resold as new we will always offer a full refund minus our 
admin fee of €47.50
​Our admin fee is made up of Postage, credit card fees and a manufacturer fee of €30.00 per reset watch as we have to reset fully and allocate a ID number and a server acquisition point .

We do not offer refunds at anytime for delays in posting the watch
or
if location like GPS is not accurate as this is because of the actual sim card you use. 

Here is how we work it out. Below are a few scenarios. All refunds are minus our €47.50 admin fee

1. If watch is returned to us inactivated and unused then we offer a full refund minus our admin fee and make payment 45 days after receiving and examining the watch. The watch must be in perfect condition and with box, charger and cable and be able to be resold as new. If it is perfect then we offer full refund minus our admin fee
We hate to be a stickler on this but if watch has even the slightest mark or scrape in any way we will not be able to offer a full refund only 50% and our admin fee as the watch will be deemed unfit to be resold. The watch has to be perfect 
otherwise we can't resell it and watch is useless to us. We of of course do not want to profit from your change of mind just cover our costs. So maybe take into account its worth keeping. contact us and we can discuss

2. If watch is faulty and after been returned to us and we can't fix then we offer a replacement watch , we do not offer refunds on watches that have been used and activated with your own sim. Only replacements.


In any circumstance please email us on hi@jammowatch.com and we will try and resolve any issues you may have. No matter what we will always send you a replacement watch if we cannot fix any issues.
