Returns and Refunds

• Due to health concerns no refunds, returns or
  exchanges can be made on earrings.
• All other items are eligible for return and
  refund with prior approval from Yvonne Bolger Jewellery.
• Please request your return/refund
  within 14 days of receipt and provide your reason for return.
• Refund will be issued for merchandise only. Postage or carrier costs will not be covered.
• Products must be in a unused, re-sellable condition.
• Products that are not in the same condition as sent will not be refunded.
• Return of the item, in its original packaging and condition, must be via registered post with tracking.
• Yvonne Bolger Jewellery needs to be provided with the tracking number.
• Once the item is received, your refund will be issued via PayPal within 72 hours of receipt.
• Faulty goods maybe be returned to us within 30 days of receipt and we shall arrange a refund or replacement. 

This returns policy is in accordance with The
European Directive on Distance Selling (Directive 97/7/EC).
