Shipping Policy
Shipping:
Once you have placed your order, it will be shipped within 2-3 days. We ship all our orders with either An Post or DPD from Co. Clare, Ireland.
How long will it take?
Estimated delivery times are:
- Ireland: 1-3 working days
- UK: 3-6 working days
- Europe: 5-7 working days
- USA: 7-10 working days
- Australia: 10-12 working days
- Rest of the World: 10-12 working days

Of course! We offer FREE 'Local Delivery'. Select 'Local Delivery' from the shipping options when you enter your V95 eircode and we'll be in contact to arrange delivery. Please note: due to level 5 covid-19 restrictions this option is available only to those within county Clare.
I live in Co. Clare, can I collect my order?
We also offer a FREE 'Click & Collect' option if you'd like to collect from us in Ennis, select this option when selecting delivery and we'll be in contact to arrange collection. Please note: due to level 5 covid-19 restrictions this option is available only to those within 5km of Ennis.
Refund Policy
Refunds & Exchanges:
We hope that you are fully satisfied with your SIAR Photography product. If however you would like an exchange or refund please make sure of the following:
- The order is unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
- The order must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Please note:
- We don’t offer refunds or exchanges on sale items.
- Commission pieces are non-refundable after order confirmation.
A full refund of your purchase will be made once it qualifies and we have received your return. When posting, please keep the tracking number / any other relevant shipping information to ensure proof of postage in the unlikely event that we do not receive your return.
Once your returned item is received we will process your refund as soon as possible. The charges placed on your card will be credited to you, please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds may take up to ten business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. If for any reason you do not receive the credited amount within that time frame, please contact us.
