Orders will be in the post within 1-3 business days, if for some reason there are any delays I will keep you updated. If you would like items sent directly as a gift with a note added or would like to send a card directly to the recipient that is no problem, just let me know in the order notes at checkout.
My goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If a customer is not completely happy with their order, they may reach out to us to arrange to send it back (in its original condition), at the customer's expense and we will gladly issue credit, refund, or replacement. Custom designs and cards with written messages in them and sent directly to the recipient cannot be returned due to the nature of these items.
Items lost or damaged in shipping are the responsibility of the postal system, so we cannot be held liable for packages that have left Ireland. Where applicable package insurance may be purchased at an additional fee. Please contact the shop if you require insurance.
