You would need to explain why you would like a refund and also return the Item in question to Art Naturally, If damage occurred during transport a photo of the parcel should be sent to Ourselves here as soon as possible also any damage done to Item.
Depending on damage of parcel and it's contents - It may be possible to have it collected by the delivery service used (mainly Ireland) at No cost to the customer.
On receiving the Item(s) and checking Fault -
if the damage happened during transport (which neither have control over) a 90% refund with be made.
If damage happened or there is No damage and customer is just Not happy with their Order - Then a 50% refund will be made (material used)

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Customers have 24 hours to Cancel there order.
they can also change their order within 24 hours if the order is in stock.
In cases where an Order is been made from scratch and it goes over the 24 hours a 50% refund will be made if required - if they want to make changes to the order and solely on if changes are with in a cost effective range , there will be no extra charges to the customer - However in cases where the changes are over the original charge there will be extra needing to be paid.
