Shipping varies depending on size of print or weight of frame, and where it is being shipped to.
Delivery to Ireland and the UK:
Unframed prints are shipped via An Post in a sturdy envelope or tube and prints are covered by a protective sleeve inside. Tubes or envelopes can be either Standard or Registered post. Standard shipping doesn't come with track & trace or insurance. Registered shipping supplies a track and trace number, insurance and requires a signature for proof of delivery.
All frames are shipped via Registered Post for added security.
International Delivery:
All print and frames are shipped via Registered Post for added security.

We have included below the standard An Post postage rates, including our normal packaging costs. These charges might change from time to time if An Post changes their rates.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
We try our best to meet the delivery estimates we quote, but occasionally a parcel can be late due to reasons beyond our control. We will try our best to keep you updated. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive Dispatch Confirmation email and you can anticipate the following estimated delivery times:
Ireland: 1-3 working days
UK: 2-4 working days
Europe: 5-7 working days
Rest of the world: 10-12 working days
Prints and frames usually ship within 2-3 business days after the time you approve the proof if proofs are sent. Please note that orders that are outstanding for more than 90 days will have their items mailed as is, if sufficient information provided at time of ordering to complete it. If for some reason you will not be able to approve a proof during that time, please send me a message so that I can make a note on your order.
COLLECTION
If you are living in Ireland, you, or someone you appoint, are welcome to collect your item directly from me. I am based in Finglas, Dublin.
Due to the nature of the product, refunds will not be given on digital downloads, and if an item is personalised, prints will not be refunded. However, if your print arrives damaged, we will gladly send you a replacement.
Initial proofs are sent for you to approve. It is the customers responsibility to check for spelling mistakes, colour changes etc. Once the customer has approved the piece and it has been printed, the sale is final. Extra prints will not be made if a mistake is found after the event so PLEASE check the proof carefully!
Please note that colours may vary due to your monitor settings, and as a result refunds cannot be issued based on the colours of prints received.
Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours after they are placed. Personalised prints, illustrations or handcrafted goods may not be returned or exchanged.
