Eco Cotton Wick: an all fiber wick 100% natural replacement for zinc core wicks. Wick needs to be trimmed before each burn to 1cm for a sharp clean burn every time. Always burn in your sight for a maximum of 4 hours at a time.

Standard shipping within Ireland delivered within 2-4 working days but to allow up to a maximum of 10 working days for busy periods.
UK shipping €11.00
Please allow up to 14 working days for UK orders.
Refund Policy
Returns can be made within 21 days of receipt. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We, unfortunately, cannot accept returns of products that have been used or damaged.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We currently do not offer a free returns policy so please advise with your local delivery service for shipping costs. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please allow for 14 days from the day we receive your return for the refund to be processed. The refund will be issued via the original method of payment.
